Summary:
If you are burdened by playing guitar through headphones, these are the ticket! Also, monitoring recordings has become a blast. You can get more of a feel for how the music will sound through a great stereo vs. a normal pair of headphones. The mids are a tad weak, but just adjust the sub output and all is well.
Pros:
Great bass, comforatable, nice overall sound, great price!
Cons:
Weak mid range, but can easily be blended with the sub control dial.

Summary:
These headphones sounded horrible. They were like listening to a tweater. The subwoofer feature was awkward, uncomfertable, and unenjoyable (and i like bass, i have a sub in my truck). They are also very overpriced. They were comfortable though.
Pros:
comfortable
Cons:
horrible sound, overpriced, sub thing was not good

Summary: I bought the Skullcandy Skullcrushers headphones for my recording studio to try them out. I am so pleased with the sound and the performance I am going to buy a few more pair. The bass sub amp works really well and yes! there is truly some bass in the phones and not just vibration as from some of the other reviews I read. They seem to work very good when recording drums. The ear pieces keep out the acoustic set and let you hear what is in the phones. The sub adds the low end to the kit and adjusted properly makes for a pleasant sounding recording experience.
The key is to adjust the sub amp to obtain the proper mix between lows and highs. If you turn the sub up too much it does not sound natural as far as the mix goes. Recording Vocals also sound good with these phones as well as just listing to your favorite tunes on the computer or iPod.
They seem to be built pretty well and have a nice weight to them. They seem to meet my criteria as I am replacing some 150$ Sony 50mm phones that I have had for about 7 years that just blew a few weeks ago. All in all I think they are a great buy. Check my mastering studio out at

I am a professional recording engineer and a pro musician and I highly recommend the Skullcandy skullcrusher headphones. Musicians are wearing these headphones at live gigs.
Pros:
Sound Great, Nice Bass and Mid/Highs, Looks Nice
Cons:
A little tight fitting for some people, but it's hard to beat the sound quality.

Summary:
I just recieved a pair of Skullcrusher headphones, and sad to say im not very impressed. All the hype around these had me excited about getting a pair, because I am quite a fan of big bass. Frst thing i noticed was the cheap plastic construction, but I guess its not that bad for this price range. The bass, well, some frequencies are much too harsh, and others are not produced very well/at all. Sound quality isnt very impressive either. The vibration of the headphones is pretty cool, i didnt expect them to shake as they do, but thats basically one of the only pros.
I may not have it hooked up to a good source? cant say for sure. Ive run it off my Zune, HP Comp headphone output, and my older JVC integrated amp and all three werent impressive.
Pros:
Vibration, much more bass than other headphones ive used in the past.
Cons:
Cheap construction, some frequencies are harsh, others not produced, doesnt hit higher volumes well, battery case/'subwoofer amp' quite large.

Summary:
Just purchased a pair of skullcrushers. I know the vibration thing is suppose to be a gimmick but i have to say when listening to vatious electronica and heavy metal albums it is amazing. Now to address remark about the bass being weak at lower levels from smaller mp3 players this is true but when hooked up to something more powerful such as a headphones preamp the bass seems almost limitless.
Pros:
Great bass
Clear highs "not harsh as many of the headphones that i have purchased in the past"
Can be hooked up to a bass amp and used as great monitoring headphones
Look great
Cons:
Midtones at certain frequencies can seem muddied at times.
When listening to at high levels can go through batteries rather quickly.
