"Useless product, useless manufacturer"

Summary:
The forums have many mentions of the hardware being detected on plug in but the software not being detected automatically. Unfortunately, Logitech ignores the plight of these poor fools, myself included. We spent the money, now logitech offers ziltch support when it doesn't work. I think it is a function of XP home edition as it did work on XP Pro ed.
