Summary:
I really had no problems with the set up of HD or the install of the Cable Cards. The Comcast cable guy installed both with no trouble, but after he left I found it did not receive HBO and Showcase although I was receiving them before the cable cards were installed. I called Tivo and they asked me to reboot the Tivo unit I did and everything was working. I have noticed since then that all my recorded shows have intermittent breakups of the Digital signal, although I do not have this problem with live shows. I have been using High quality instead of Best I am not sure if that is the problem or not,

Pros:
It is great having 2 Tivos for the price of 1, I have not recorded any in HD yet so I can not comment on that. But STD is not any better than my Sony or Toshiba Tivio units.

Cons:
The intermittent breakups of the Digital signal is agevating, although it only lasts for a second or 2
