Introduction
In the realm of useful case modifications, fan speed controllers lie in a precarious position. While their primary concept appears entirely useful, many of the examples on the market are poorly constructed and offer too few relevant options!or too many extraneous features. At one point in ancient history (about two years ago), fan speed rheobuses really only had to serve one function, to quiet down your fans. But as the market increased and industry competition became fierce the simple knobs and dials were abandoned. If you were lucky, in 2001 you might have found a rheobus with an LED power light or maybe even lighted dials. Now every company is including lit dials and digital outputs along with temperature monitoring features, USB and FireWire ports, light control, warning alarms and some companies are now even offering licorice dispensers. Well, so far no one has offered a licorice dispensing fan speed controller!but they should, I really like licorice. I would settle for a skittles dispenser!but I'd definitely prefer licorice.
