Case
Choosing a case can be as simple or as complicated as you wish to make it. I have never found my perfect case, but have found a few that have come close. Of course, due to our limited budget, our choices in a quality case will be somewhat narrowed. The Cooler Master WaveMaster (Black) Mid-Tower Case is one of my favorite cases and it has some nice features and plenty of room for expansion. Some of the features include top I/O ports (or optional exhaust fan), a motherboard tray, and most important of all, outstanding build quality. The case and comes with a price tag of $144.50 at Newegg. See our review of this case.
Power Supply
Often overlooked, the power supply is a vital system component, particularly when you have demanding hardware. Antec is known, among other things, for producing high quality power supplies, and their NeoPower ATX 480W Power Supply is no exception. Not only does it pack a punch with a maximum output of 480W, but it is also a modular power supply, which means less case clutter, and potentially, better airflow throughout your system. I've been using the NeoPower 480W in one of my test rigs since it hit the market, and I've been extremely happy with it. You can pick up your very own for $116 @ Newegg.
Keyboard / Mouse
While a keyboard and mouse may not have as much impact on your computer, choosing the right ones is still an important part of building your system. Almost any mouse/keyboard from Logitech or Microsoft would be okay, but for those seeking higher precision and a better feel, I would have to recommend Logitech's MX3100 Cordless Desktop. It is hands-down the best choice for a wireless solution. Make sure to check out Rich's review of the MX3100 which we just posted earlier this week. Also, Brian and I both own Logitech's MX1000 and we can't say enough good things about it. The mouse offers amazing precision thanks to the laser-optics, and the keyboard bundled with it is feature-rich. It can be yours from Newegg for $113.98.

We will be updating the expiration dates for the coupon codes as soon as we get confirmation from Newegg. My estimate right now would be that there are around two weeks left to use the coupon codes, but we will see.
