Razer Copperhead Laser Mouse
Introduction
Lasers must be on everyone's Christmas list this year. Judging by the newest releases from mouse manufacturers, gamers have been sending early letters to the North Pole demanding 2,000 DPI gaming mice. Luckily, Santa likes me better than you and I got my hands on some new laser mouse releases early. Razer has been developing gaming mice for about the last 6 or 7 years. By now most gamers are familiar with the ground breaking Razer Boomslang mouse, a 2,000 DPI mechanical (ball-type) gaming mouse that outshined its nearest competitors when it was released. But that was the 90s. Mechanical innards have given way to laser optics and the Razer Copperhead has been born of the Boomslang's genes. The Copperhead features 2,000 DPI optical resolution, ultra-fast data polling and onboard flash memory to store button configurations. Razer has quite a reputation to uphold. In the world of gaming, word of mouth can make or break a product. Let's create some gossip, shall we?
