So far as we know there is no way to record a timedemo in FEAR, and playing a game like this with FRAPS tracking the frame rates wouldn't work well because it would be very difficult to do the same thing and get into the same firefights over and over. The results wouldn't be consistent. All hope is not lost, however, because FEAR has a built-in benchmark. You just go to Options > Performance, and then click on Test Settings.
All of the in-game Video settings were set to maximum, and then we customize the "advanced video card options." The defaults from setting to "maximum" are left except for FSAA, Texture Filtering, and Resolution, which are adjusted accordingly. The benchmark is run three times per setting and the results averaged. Patch 1.07 was used.
