nano SkinTight Series
Speck states that the "SkinTight armband for iPod nano features a soft comfort fit adjustable strap and KRATON SkinTight case to keep your iPod protected! Designed to keep your nano protected while you workout." No truer words could be spoken of a product from Speck. This particular product is available in three different formats, so to speak, with each format offering a slightly different twist on the original SkinTight.
SkinTight
The SkinTight, in its original form, provides a thin, rubberized (actually, Kraton) shield against the elements, dust, and minor forms of g-shock. It comes with the basic screen protector featured on almost all of Speck's products and provides for an almost-too-easy installation and removal of your nano player. Not only that, it smoothes out the machismo 'hey, look at me' flair of the ToughSkin while providing a less bulky protection mechanism. Access to key components is superb with cutouts along the top and bottom.

SkinTight Deluxe
The SkinTight Deluxe ups the ante by providing what is, in my opinion, an incredibly easy to use but secure belt clip mechanism. The belt clip grasps the SkinTight on both vertical sides and with the simple press of one side (complete with a tactile, raised surface), it allows you to grab your iPod at your leisure. No more suspicious safety as present with the other belt clips Speck uses. This combines the tactile feel of the SkinTight case with the advanced belt clip present in our next item, the SkinTight Armband + Skin.

SkinTight Armband + Skin
Taking the SkinTight Deluxe and Standard models even further, the SkinTight Armband + Skin combines the already thin SkinTight skin with the convenience of a neoprene armband for working out in the gym, running along your favorite path, or just general physical activity. The neoprene armband is adjustable up to 16" around, but that number should be viewed as an extreme. Around my arms, it just didn't feel too comfortable but I'm on the larger side of things. The clip integrated into the armband feels just as strong as the Deluxe's and is geared more towards retention than ease of use. After doing a few laps on the local treadmill, this combination definitely lived up to its potential.

Each one of these skins lived up to their promises. If the SkinTight is too remedial for you, try the Deluxe. If you're more active, grab the Armband + Skin. You can't go wrong with these guys. The general consensus amongst fellow users was the Deluxe was the model du jour to own with the Armband + Skin coming in a close second with the more feminine of the group.
