USB Test

The Lan Party KT400a supports USB 2.0, and that allows for some extremely high transfer speeds. Within the BIOS, you can select weather 2.0 support is enabled or disabled. To test the USB speed, we will use the default 2.0 support, the disabled 2.0 support, and a basic Biostar motherboard with only 1.1 support. We will be using SiSoft Sandra's benchmarking utilities to compare the speeds of the USB Pen Drive in all 3 tests. You can find a review of the Pen Drive here

It is a good thing that DFI included USB 2.0 compliance with they're new motherboards. You can tell from the graph just how much of an increase there is from 1.1 to 2.0. It is more than 6 fold.
