Conclusion

After playing with a handful of cable management products from Cable Organizer, I'm left with a tidier workspace and I've learned something very important about myself. I hate wire loom, sleeving and anything that resembles either. More importantly, however, I found some new cable management tools that are bound to become a staple for me.

By far, the coolest solution was the Cable-Safe, which allowed me to install some of my networking equipment under my desk while also organizing a bevy of cables.

The Velcro One-Wrap is much better than any of the store-bought Velcro straps I've ever come across, and you can bet I'll be turning to CableOrganizer in the future for my Velcro strapping needs.

I really liked the Mille-Ties as well. They're much more economical than the Velcro One-Wraps, so if you have a big network install or something, I highly recommend these.

While I liked the Cable Clamps, they're a bit on the expensive side compared to the Velcro One-Wraps and Mille-Ties. If you just need to use a few of them, they're worth considering, but it would be way too expensive to use them for all your cable management needs.

Finally, while I was annoyed a little by frayed ends, the PET Wrap Braided Sleeving is nice. It looks great, and it's much easier to install than your standard sleeving, which is a really big plus.

Now stop procrastinating and clean that office of yours, you lazy bum!
