Overall, I was impressed with the Antec P182 Mid-Tower Case. While our review of their P180 wasn't exactly glowing, I can say that I was pleased with the quality of this newer version. I have no aesthetic issues with the exterior of the case, and honestly, the only thing I would change is not having to open the case door to turn on the PC every day (I turn my PC off every night until I get home from work the next day - it saves me ~$10/month in electricity).
The inside of the case had a few small things I would change as well. For the hard drive tray, I'd mount the hard drives in the other direction (180 degrees rotated along the long axis of the hard drive). Next I would get rid of the plastic cover at the bottom of the top compartment. Finally I would add shrouds or fan grills for the fan in the bottom of the case.
Outside of these minor issues, the Antec P182 is actually a very good case. The fan speeds are adjustable, and they are quiet at the low and medium speeds. There is plenty of internal storage space for hard drives and optical drives. Cable management is planned out well, and Antec even includes plenty of cable ties to make everything neat and organized. The case is sturdy and provides for great airflow, and even gives you filters for the front of the case.
Pros
Cable routing behind motherboard tray
Two large 120mm exhaust fans near CPU
Very attractive appearance
Front IO (USB, Firewire, Audio)
Good Airflow
Quiet
Cons
Lower 120mm fan wasn't much use
Would have liked to see lower HD tray mounts in opposite direction
Plastic pieces used to block holes between chambers wasn't that useful
