Performance Notes Gaming, the 4850 scales better than the 9800. If you're interested in cranking up the details in your DX0 titles, ATI's card will be the higher performing card. It also scores better in 3DMark Vantage, but worse in 3DMark '06--the opposite of how the games perform, which is a little weird.
