Performance Notes The gap continues to widen with non-DirectX 10 titles, particularly when anti-aliasing is turned up. Here, the likely advantage of the older card is its massive frame buffer and equally sizable memory bandwidth. These are also reflected in the synthetics, save for PCMark's TV & Movies test. Against the 4850, it continues to win, though less decisively.
