Conclusion

It's pretty hard not to like the Zeppelin if you get a chance to let it take over you music playing duties for a spell. It sounds great at any volume with (almost) any music you send its way. From the simple, unorthodox cabinet design to the stylistic black-on-chrome motif, the Zeppelin has looks that are just plain exciting. The iPod / iPhone integration looks great and performs as well as anything out there. It all adds up to a very capable, high performance speaker system that I'd be proud to show off in my living room.

The only question that remains is whether the total package is worth the cost for you, the potential owner. At $600, the Zeppelin is not for everyone. The sound is very impressive, but there are options out there that can get you close for a price that's easier to swallow. If you walk over to the iPod dock section at the Apple Store, there's nothing that really compares style-wise, in my opinion. The Zeppelin is as much a modern piece of decor as it is a speaker system.

If the combination of price and style is worth the price of admission for you, I'd encourage you to get to know the Zeppelin a little better. It might be just what you are looking for.

The Good

Excellent design; simple, classy, and sexy
High quality build
Impressive sound at any volume
If you don't have an iPod, it's got digital/analog input

The Bad

Relatively expensive for an iPod speaker system
No additional audio sources built in (Radio, CD)
Ambiguous remote control

akustika: I would mind a lot less if you would actually link to us prominently and state that it is a translation of an article from TheTechLounge. As it stands, you're just stealing our content and putting it in a different language, without permission. I appreciate that you're asking in this case, but I noticed that you translated at least parts of our LaserVue article as well.

At the and of article I put direct link to this article and write that source is TheTechLounge.

Concerning LaserVue(http://akustika-life.blogspot.com/2008/10/laser-tv...) I take only conclusion from comparing it with Pioneer PRO-151FD Kuro 60 and add link immediately.

If you have objections I'll don't use TheTechLounge as source.

Thank you
