General Benchmarks
Most of the practical benchmarks and all of the synthetic benchmarks showed massive improvement over the rest. The only real parity is video encoding, something that AMD processors are, admittedly, good at. The AMD machine also sports the best hard drive numbers, but it has a much faster WD Raptor.
