Out of the Box and onto the Floor
Each fan you buy comes packaged with the following: 1 x Fan with 4 blue LEDs pre-installed and 1 x 3-pin cable connected to the LEDs and the fan 1 x 3-pin to 4-pin adapter 1 x Grill 4 x Screws to attach grills

If you look at the outer edge of the fan, you will see a yellow tape going all the way around the fan, leave this alone. This encases the wires that go to the LEDs and then connect to the 3-pin cable. Be careful when installing the fan to make sure that the flattest sides of the yellow tape go where your fan clips attach; otherwise it will not fit correctly. If you have a type of case that requires you to screw in your case fans, these fans will still work because they have screw holes on both sides. This means you can install a fan facing either way with it screwed to your case on one side and a grill screwed on to it on the other side.
Performance
These fans can output 33cfm and are pretty quiet @ 30dBA. When I have the lights on the LEDs can still be seen clearly even when I set them on low with my rheobus. As for sound on low, it reduces the noise level to around 12-15dBA, a dramatic decrease if you are just idling and get annoyed by fan noise. With 4 of these fans on low power, with system idle, my case temperature is average @ 25.7 Celsius. With the 4 fans on high the temperature is average @ 23.1 Celsius.

Conclusion
These are excellent fans that not only keep your case cool, but they keep it looking cool as well. With case temperatures as low as 23.1 degrees Celsius I can't complain about their performance and Case-Mod includes everything you need to install them. The fans create a perfect balance between looks, airflow, and noise, and this is why I like them so much. I highly recommend these fans.
Pros
Bright LEDs Good airflow Fairly quiet Looks great Can be installed with clips or screws Includes free grill
Cons
Yellow plastic on edges could be recessed into plastic
