The scores are very close during 3DMark01, but the Dragon 2 PE is ahead of the game.

Once again, the Dragon 2 PE takes a slight lead over the P4P800-VM.

The performance during Vupline GLMark testing is extremely close. The P4P800-VM's poor dual channel performance doesn't make much of a difference here.

I was suprised how poorly the P4P800-VM dual channel performance was, which was the same with the latest BIOS update. The memory's timings and clock speeds were the same on both boards.

Who manufactures the Gigabit ethernet controller on that board?

Intel.

The reason I asked is because I have seen a lot of problems with Broadcom Gigabit controllers, especially with onboard Ethernet. Thanks for info :D
