Shuttle

ST62K: This is a new XPC case that Shuttle showed us which is actually 20% smaller than all the other XPCs. The ST62K only has 1PCI slot and has no AGP slots, but other than that it has mostly the same specs as the other XPCs. Oh, did I forget to mention that it has an external power supply and stays cool with only a single fan?

In addition to the new ST62K, we also saw some not-so-new XPCs, including the SN85G4, ST61G4, and SB65G2 (left to right).

Shuttle also had something nobody else had at the convention, a basketball court! The walls around the court were made to resemble each side of a Shuttle XPC. The court wasn't just there for looks though, Shuttle held a basketball tournament where the winner one a new Shuttle XPC!! Unfortunately we went to their booth a little too early to catch the tournament, but we thought it was pretty super!

Cool...I like the free phone thing...they were playing Quake on a PDA? That must have been one good chip! Bit disappointed that there were no next gen graphics cards. I loved the shuttle basketball thing! That was cool! When's part two out?

About Part 2, I will be working on it today and perhaps I will post it late tonight, but probably it will be posted Saturday (there will be 3-4 parts, I'm leaning towards 3)
