Conclusion
As I have mentioned previously, you simply can not expect to get by with a cheap water cooling kit. If you are short on cash, stick with air cooling. With that said, Innovatek produces some of the highest quality water cooling products available and we were extremely pleased throughout the entire testing process. While the older kit doesn't perform well against the current competition, the new water blocks and radiator really make Innovatek shine. Regardless of the performance, all of Innovatek's products are easy to use, extremely high quality, and I was not once worried about a leak or a faulty connection.
The only real gripe I have with the Innovatek kit is the tubing which is a little soft and prone to kinking; although if you take plenty of time during the installation process, you shouldn't have a problem. The fan noise level is a little much for me, but that is my opinion. You can easily reduce the fan speed or purchase a lower speed fan which will solve that problem at the expense of a little performance. Using two low speed fans on the radiator should increase the performance a bit (over a single low speed fan) which might be worth while if you want to lower the noise but not sacrifice as much cooling performance. Finally, the radiators require quite a bit of space and may call for a little case modding depending on your situation, but you wouldn't be purchasing this kit unless you were serious about water cooling and thus should be fine with a little work to make everything fit perfectly.
To sum it all up, if you plan to get into water cooling, be prepared to spend a little time and money to get a good kit and set everything up perfectly. There are a lot of other kits out there that are much cheaper, but as the saying goes: "You get what you pay for." Innovatek produces some really great products that I would most definitely recommend, if you've got the extra cash to blow.
Pros
Extremely high quality Great performance Ease of setup and use Leak/worry free Wide array of options
Cons
Pricey Soft tubing prone to kinking Not that quiet (without fan control)
