Thermaltake advertise 45dba@4800rpm for the Smart Fan2
However, it is 60+dba@4800rpm almost as loud as a Delta
Nonetheless good review :D

those orange thermaltake fans are awesome. i just got one to use for my cpu coolerfan on my home machine. they are loud as hell, but come with the rheostat and aren't too bad on low-med settings.
on the highest setting, i think you could mince a badger into fine granules. they push loads of air too.
my $.02

Question, which model did you get?
W0010 and W0011 both have active pfc while the W0013 and W0014 models don't.
