Best RTS of 1999 gets its sequal!!! Gona be such a cool looking game. Hope it has graphics like Freelancer then all it needs is the same gameplay as the original, but from what they say its gona be even bigger and better :)

:) Imagin C&C (but not, as C&C is cack) in space but your factories are massive space liners that can also move about the battlefield - space.

Space means something new in an RTS game... a 3d enviroment. Ships can move around AND up or down the map plain. Meaning attacks CAN come from any angle. I think they are saying something like 80 odd unit types from 2 race's with the option of adding upgrades to some ships in the form of abilities, better guns etc... so there will be a huge amount of different ship types and playing styles availiable.

Best thing to do is check out the trailer , as it give a pretty good idea what goes on.

Forgot to add that the sceans you see in that trailer are 'ingame' shots. It should look like that when it hits the shops.

anyhow I enjoyed it for a while but found X2- the threat a little more entertaining for that kind of game.
