So the little black scrolling thing on the left side is like the scroll wheel on a mouse?

It would be cool if they put a trackball on there instead of a scroll wheel. The trackball wouldn't be good for gaming but if all u were doing was using M$ Word and IE then that would be good enough.

But even if there was a trackball on there instead of a scroll wheel I probably still wouldn't buy it just because of the size. I dont like huge keyboards.

There is a scroll wheel on the MX Keyboard as well. I never use it, and I wouldn't think many people would. Who doesn't have a scroll wheel on their mouse these days?

After using my Logitech keyboard I have to agree that all those extra buttons really don't do anything but take up space. I use a couple to take me directly to websites, and thats about it. I never use the media controls, or any of the buttons on the far left side of the keyboard. But i'm still in love with the fact that it's wireless, as I can lay in bed and type :).

lol yeah all the extra features aren't really needed. I personally use the web and emai and the media stuff. Other than that the features are sorta useless..

Ill be writing my review on the Logitech Cordless MX Duo Logitech sent me very soon too by the way...

Sounds good. Did you get any PDA's from Dell or Toshiba?

Ok :). I have looked at that one but decided that a PocketPC would be better for me.

You guys just don't know what you are missing. I just picked up a Microsoft Internet Natural keyboard for $20. Against my better jusgement the thing is actually rather nice. AND its NATURAL. Got to love that keyboard split.

The buttons at the top can be reprogrammed, but the ones at the left and right (cut, copy, paste, close app, switch app, log off, my computer, calculator, power off, sleep) cannot.

The two that annoyed me most are calculator (I use PowerToy Calc) and the Play button opens Windows Media Player if nothing else is running and cannot be changed. However I found a workaround for both of these if anyone's interested: http://blogs.warwick.ac.uk/davidmiller/entry/keyboard_play_button/

On my keyboard the key is in the normal place (for a UK keyboard anyway) - left of the Z key.

Personally I wouldn't normally have gone for a keyboard with so many extra function keys, so I don't mind that they're a bit limited, but for only £4 (Ebuyer) I couldn't resist. It's stylish too.

I can't find the manufacturer on the web! eumaxinc.com is not up. my keyboard does not do normal windows functions, like alt F4, F5 etc. When I reinstalled, the "configure keys" shows keys that don't exist on the EZ-8000. Anyone know how I can get in touch with the manufacturer? I just want a driver (which drivers dot com doesn't have). altabear at yahoo dot com
