I have a set of Turando SR-301 speakers. These come with an amp in one box, 2 standard speakers in their own box each, and a sub-woofer. It appears that the pre-amp has gone. Is there a circuit diagram available for this particular brand? Alternatively, is there a generic circuit diagram that will give me a clue where to start looking? I have tried emailing a supplier but they replied saying that they did not have a circuit diagram.

can't you RMA the speakers and get a replacement?

Return Merchandise Authorization
Basically means you are contacting the manufacture of the product itself for a replacement. Usally what they do, is give you an RMA # to put onto a box, and ship them the defective speakers, then they ship you back a replacement.
Also if its new, you should be asking the folks you brought it from for an exchange, if its within the return policy period, otherwise it may fall under the manufacture's warrenty which can allow for an RMA. Provided you didnt go and try to open up the pre-amp already.

Can't RMA. Speakers are out of warranty. Thanks for the tip anyway.
