XBOX Sharpshooter Lightgun.

HELP!!!! I purchased a joytech lightgun and a copy of silentscope complete, connected it all up and the sight on the screen only moves up and down. Tinkered with the brightness and tried this on three tv's but no joy. I assumed the gun must be faulty so i took it to a local shop and they put my gun and game on their pod and it worked fine.
Can someone tell me what is wrong........PLEASE. :cry:

Have you tried it in more than one controller port?

Yes i,ve tried it in all 4 ports.
Very annoying it is.

its probably your xbox. some xboxes have different dvd trays from different manufactuers
