can i use ddr 256mb pc 3200 w/msi-km4m-l mobo

I recently bought a msi all in one km4m-l micro atx mobo and got supertalent pc3200 256mb ddr with it but the mobo only supports up to pc-2700 333fsb can i still use it anyway

you should be able to. it will just run at 2700 instead the full capacity.
