View Full Version : TTL Exposure
So I get a gig of Corsair ValueSelect DDR Ram and what do I see on the back? A quote from TTL. Thought it was kind of neat to see you guys quoted on the product. :-)
Awsome..I had a moment similar a few months ago when I inputed an item into google(can't remember which) and the 2nd result(after manufacturer) was a link to ttl review..congrats curtis and brian and the rest of ttl

Yup. Corsair actually sent us a couple sticks of memory so we could see the quotes. Thanks guys :-)
We have also been mentioned on the radio and TechTV thanks to Paul Capello (Crimson Sky).

And the name is Kurtis, not curtis :-P
it's even my forum name, c'mon! :-D
but yeah we thought that was pretty cool that Corsair put a quote from us on their packaging. As Brian said, they sent us each a set of value select ddr so we can see the quotes on them. I keep meaning to find (or perhaps make) a frame for it. The problem is, ideally you should see both sides of the package, and the only way i can think of to do this would be with a couple of mirrors angled at 45 degrees... and then the problem is that the frame would stick out like 4 inches from the wall :-P so i just have it sitting on my desk right now, heh
oh yeah, and i forgot to say... perhaps the most exciting exposure we've gotten is when the other day in my management class (a lecture hall with like 300 students in it) I had the opportunity to talk on a microphone for all the class to hear me, and what do you think i talked about? thetechlounge of course! :-D ;-)

Awesome guys. You are doing great. Don't forget me when you take over the world! I would like a good job, nothing too labor-intensive, and a Porsche. Yes, that would do quite nicely.
