XBOX into Computer

Im trying to plug me XBOX into my laptop computer, to use the monitor of it. It is a Dell Latitude D800 computer, can anyone help me out.

i don't think you're going to be able to on a laptop screen, a desktop LCD or CRT maybe, but a laptop i don't think so

The Dell D800 does not have a 'Vidio-In' option. You will not be able to use the laptop monitor to display video from a external source without a seperate device.

You 'might' be able to get something like the WinTV-USB video capture device from Hauppauge to do this. I'm not sure what the performance would be though.

A better option may be to just buy a small 20" TV from your local TV/Stereo store for about the same price.

A TV capture device might work, but wll probably be unplayable. This is usually due to the buffering the card does to support time shifting. It isn't enough of a problem when watching TV, but can make playing any type of game almost impossible.
