I love how this is a discount that you can only qualify for if you break the law. I wonder if Brake Check gives discounts to speeding ticket recipients. Or if shoplifters get a price break at the glove store. A few bucks off is nice, but you'd probably still be a few hundred richer if you didn't get caught in the first place.
